Hotmart's current guidance says cancellation prevents the next renewal while access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for. Check the date and terms shown in your purchase details. A course bought with a one-time payment may have different access conditions from a recurring subscription. Creators can also set conditions for course materials within applicable rules.
