Forgotten password or the wrong Google account
If your account uses a password, select the Forgot my password option in the official login flow and follow the email instructions. If you have lost access to the registered inbox, you may need to recover that email account or follow Hotmart's account email change guidance first.
Google and Apple sign-in can also create confusion. You might own several social accounts with similar names but different email addresses. Signing in with the wrong one can open a legitimate Hotmart account with an empty purchase list. That is an identity mismatch, not evidence that the purchase was erased.

“I cannot log in” and “I can log in but my course is missing” require different checks. The first concerns authentication. The second may involve a different account, a missing purchase record, or a producer-defined access condition. Changing your password will not necessarily solve the second problem.

Protect your account while troubleshooting
Never share your password, one-time code, authentication token, or complete payment information with an unofficial helper. A message offering instant access to any course in exchange for credentials is a warning sign. Verify the website address before typing private information.
Hotmart may ask for additional security verification when you use a new device. That is not the same as losing your purchase. If the platform says your account is blocked or inactive, use the dedicated official help process instead of trying to bypass a security check.
